Manager – Strategic Sales

Overview:
Responsible for the identification, engagement and securing of Strategic Alliance Partners for ABJ. Also responsible for the ongoing day-to-day relationship management of new and existing accounts.

Key Skills / Experience:

  • Proactive Sales Track Record (qualified)
  • Business Development
  • Account Management
  • Sales / Contract Negotiation
  • International Sales Experience
  • Strong Commercial Acumen
  • Willing to travel overseas as and when required

Location: UK / US (Home or office working are both considerations. If however, they are home-based they will need to be willing and able to travel to the office (or elsewhere) as and when required by the Executive Management team.

Country Manager – India

Overview:
Responsible for the overall management and development of Country Capability for India.

Key Skills / Experience:

  • Strong Operational and Man-Management skills
  • Proven Organisational Skills
  • Strong Commercial Acumen
  • Business Development
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Ideal – Proven in Country Relationships with both Corporate and Government Institutions

Location: Role will be based in India. Individual may currently live there or be an overseas diaspora candidate. If not of Indian origin, they would need to exhibit a strong understanding of the country and culture.

Sales Consultant

Overview:
Responsible for identifying and engaging with new clients. Generating new Sales and Achieving Sales Targets. These individuals will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven in nature and used to working in a target orientated environment. They will also ideally have an interest in Drones (UAVs) and / or the Energy sector.

  • Business Development and Relationship Management Skills
  • Good IT / Social Media Skills

Location: 2 x UK (London or near to) / 1 x US (Cranbury, NJ or near to)

Admin / HR / Coordinator

Overview:
Admin/Sales Support Staff requirements in both the UK & US offices to assist in all activities relating to operational and sales administration. Initially we are considering 1x individual in each location. However, due to demand on resource for senior personnel particularly in the UK more than one individual can be considered.
