Sales Consultant

Job Overview:

The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales for ABJ throughout the USA. This will include responding to and converting all incoming leads generated via ABJ Sales and Marketing function as well as the generation of new business opportunities as outlined by the Head of Sales.

Key Job Skills and Experience:

  • Approaching new clients in a targeted manner as agreed with the Head of Sales.
  • Responding to all ‘incoming leads’ (telephone or online). Contacting the client directly to establish their specific needs and budgets. 
  • Developing ongoing Relationships with new and existing clients to establish repeat business opportunities.
  • Provide structured and detailed proposals to be sent to clients in a timely manner.
  • Following up on all quotations sent out, actively closing business opportunities and generating revenue.
  • Achieving minimum sales revenue targets.
  • The development of the ABJ Drones Pilot Network – Approaching and speaking to skilled pilots throughout the US, validating their experience and skills and up-dating their records.

Location:

US: Cranbury, NJ (Office Based Role)

KPIs:

  • Achieve minimum Sales Revenue Target
  • Achieve minimum activity Targets as agreed with Sales Manager. These include;
    • Number of Pro-active outgoing phone calls
    • Number of Quotes generated
    • Number of Quotes converted into orders
    • Number of new pilots added to the network.
    • Ensure all activities are in keeping with specific timeline standards.
  • Ensure Client CRM is kept up to date and all information is input in the correct manner.

Successful Candidate Attributes:

The successful applicant will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven in nature and used to working in a target orientated environment. You will also ideally have an interest in Drones (UAVs) and / or the Energy & Utility sectors. Key Skills / Experience to include;

  • Proven Proactive Sales Experience / Track Record
  • Good Communication & Written Skills
  • Proven Organisational Skills
  • Business Development and Relationship Management Skills
  • Good IT / Social Media Skills
  1. Individuals currently working in a professional recruitment role or client relationship function and want that next step in their career are also of interest.

Location: 

  • Cranberry, NJ.
  • Office Based Role – although the successful incumbent will attend market EXPOs and client meetings as required.

Remuneration:

  • Basic Salary: $24,000 + Commission
  • OTE: $40-60,000 dependent upon performance against target.
  • Inclusion within the company Private Medical Scheme following successful six-month probation period
  • Expenses paid at cost when undertaking company business out of office.

Manager – Strategic Sales

Job Overview:
Responsible for the identification, engagement and securing of Strategic Alliance Partners for ABJ. Also responsible for the ongoing day-to-day relationship management of new and existing accounts.

Key Job Skills and Experience:

  • Proactive Sales Track Record (qualified)
  • Business Development
  • Account Management
  • Sales / Contract Negotiation
  • International Sales Experience
  • Strong Commercial Acumen
  • Willing to travel overseas as and when required

Location: UK / US (Home or office working are both considerations. If however, they are home-based they will need to be willing and able to travel to the office (or elsewhere) as and when required by the Executive Management team.

Admin / HR / Coordinator

Job Overview:
Admin/Sales Support Staff requirements in both the UK & US offices to assist in all activities relating to operational and sales administration. Initially we are considering 1x individual in each location. However, due to demand on resource for senior personnel particularly in the UK more than one individual can be considered.
